A waterfront Boca Raton pool with a raised glass-tile spa and a glass-tiled front fountain, built alongside the home's builder.

Step 1
Consult
Built in Partnership With the Builder
We worked side by side with the home’s builder on this waterfront new-construction residence on Golden Harbour Drive. Our scope covered the backyard pool and spa plus a front fountain pond that greets guests at the entry, all coordinated through City of Boca Raton permitting so the builder and homeowner had one pool team accountable for every body of water on the property.

Step 2
Design
Glass Tile, Top to Floor
A raised spa wrapped in glass mosaic tile sits at the end of a long, linear pool that frames the view to the water. Out front, the homeowner upgraded the fountain pond from standard coping to glass tile that runs across the top of the pond beam and all the way down to the floor, turning the entry into a showpiece. A salt system and autofill keep both bodies of water easy to maintain.

Step 3
Build
Two Bodies of Water, One Standard
Our team coordinated excavation, gunite, plumbing, electrical, tile, and coping for both the pool and the front fountain, working in step with the builder’s schedule on an active waterfront jobsite. The pool and fountain pond were plastered together, so the finishes match across the property.

Step 4
Finish
Pool School and Ongoing Care
After start-up, our service team held a hands-on “pool school” with the homeowner, connected the automation to Wi-Fi and the app, and walked through every setting for the pool, spa, and fountain. We continue to care for the property, fine-tuning the fountain so it looks and sounds just right.
