A Bears Club estate in Jupiter with a pool, hydrotherapy spa, and dedicated plunge pool, finished in PebbleTec French Gray.

Step 1
Consult
A Plan That Grew With the Homeowner
This Bears Club estate in Jupiter began as a classic pool and spa. As the design conversations continued, the homeowner added a dedicated plunge pool, giving the backyard three distinct ways to enjoy the water: swimming laps, soaking in the spa, and a cold plunge for recovery. We reworked the plan so all three feel like one composed outdoor space.

Step 2
Design
Resort Materials, Serious Performance
The spa features eight Waterway PolyStorm therapy jets for a true hydrotherapy experience. The pool is set one inch above the deck for a crisp, architectural edge and finished in PebbleTec PebbleSheen French Gray, which gives the water a deep, natural tone. A Jandy FloPro variable-speed pump, Jandy CS150 cartridge filter, and Gulfstream heater keep every body of water efficient and comfortable.

Step 3
Build
Engineered for Three Bodies of Water
Running a pool, spa, and plunge pool from one equipment pad takes careful planning. Our team designed and installed the plumbing so each body of water circulates and heats independently, and coordinated excavation, gunite, tile, coping, and electrical across the estate’s expansive paver deck.

Step 4
Finish
Delivered and Photographed
With waterline tile, coping, equipment, and lighting complete, the backyard came together as a private resort framed by the home’s classic architecture. The finished pool, spa, and plunge pool were professionally photographed, capturing a Jupiter estate built for swimming, soaking, and entertaining.
