Florida Resort Oasis

Homeowner refinements like spa step tiling and extra decking were seamlessly integrated into the schedule.

Step 1

Consult

Listening First, Then Planning

From the first conversation, the homeowner’s vision was clear: a resort-style backyard ready for holidays, weekend gatherings, and the kind of cannonballs that bring families together. Our team met on-site, confirmed access points, and worked with the HOA to secure the necessary approvals before a single shovel hit the ground.

We also coordinated closely with the gas contractor from the start, ensuring all utility routing and sub-permit requirements were scoped into the project plan — preventing costly surprises down the line.

Step 2

Design

A Plan That Grew with the Client

The design featured a raised wall, integrated spa, sheer descent water feature, and an autofill system — all drawn to work within the natural flow of the backyard. When the HOA required a retaining wall along the rear deck, our team absorbed the revision seamlessly, keeping the project on track without requiring a full permit re-submission.

As the project evolved, the homeowner added waterline tile to the spa steps and an extra row of deck material along the raised wall — refinements our team welcomed and incorporated without disrupting the build schedule.

Step 4

Finish

A Stunning Final Result

The pool was finished with Stonescapes Aqua Blue plaster — a color the homeowner personally selected during a visit to our office. The deep, luminous blue perfectly complements the Florida outdoor living aesthetic. Professional photography captured the completed space in full, ready for the family to enjoy for years to come.

From first consultation to final photos, this project is a reflection of what Craft Master Custom Pools does best: turning a homeowner’s vision into a space where life truly happens.
